Payments

We currently accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Bank to Bank Transfer, Personal Checks (animals will not ship until the check has cleared) and Money Orders. If the sale is for local pickup, cash will be accepted.
Short term payment plans are available. For purchases $1500 or less, a 20% non refundable deposit must be placed and balance paid in full within 30 days. Purchases $1500 and above require a 25% non refundable deposit and 45 days to complete payment. If for any reason you are unable to complete payment, the animal will be placed back available.

**Military Discount**
We offer a 10% discount for all current and prior Military service members. If you were a POG, we are entitled to give you a hard time, but the discount will still apply. Proof of service may be requested.

Shipping

We ship on Tuesday and Wednesday overnight from Hub to Hub. All shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size of box necessary. Any purchases over $1500 ships free (excluding adults or animals over 1000g, at which point shipping will be reduced). International shipping rates are determined case by case.

Shipping is dependant on weather as well as seasonal/special circumstances. We do not ship if the temperatures are above 90 or below 40 at any point along the shipping route (slight deviation possible case by case).

*DOA claims must be made within 2 hours of the FedEx timestamp of arrival at the hub. An accompanying image of the animal must be provided. If you elect to have an animal delivered to a personal residence, you agree to waive the live arrival guarantee. DOA are an extremely rare occurrence as an abundance of caution and preventative measures are implemented prior to any animals being shipped. However, we can only mitigate the risks we can directly impact and FedEx carriers produce variables we can not influence.

 

health and genetics

All animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health and properly sexed. With the growing complexities of identifying the genetics being expressed in combinations, we can only guarantee Recessive (hets and visual) genetics with 100% certainty. When we have an animal in question, we source additional opinions and use all resources at our disposal to ensure our animals are labeled as accurately as possible. All pairing information and explanation of why we believe certain genetics are at play can be requested and elaborated on if needed. In the unlikely occurrence of an animal being incorrectly sexed, the buyer has 14 days to inform us of the issue. Upon the request of the buyer, a 100% refund will be issued once the animal is returned back to me.

 

General Policy

All listed animals are fed weekly unless specified otherwise in the listing. Animals that are SOLD or under payment plan remain on the weekly feeding routine and receive the same high quality care as the rest of our collection. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any animals if we do not believe the transaction is what is best for our animals. Must be 18 or older in order to purchase live animals.

All terms are agreed upon once a payment has been made.
